General terms and conditions

Contractual subject matter

The rental business will provide the renter with the rental equipment for the agreed-upon period.

Personal information

By completing the rental, the renting customer is thus confirming the validity of his or her personal information, which will serve as the basis for the professional adjustment of bindings. It is prohibited to change these without authorization.

Equipment ownership

Rented equipment remains the property of the business doing the renting.

Pickup time

Equipment may not be picked up prior to the predefined time for pickup.


Rental equipment will be held by the shop no more than two hours after the agreed-upon pickup reservation time. At this time, the equipment will be released for further rentals without the customer being liable for any payment.


There are two ways to pay. 1. Online payment using a credit card. 2. Payment on-site (only for season rental). If the renter chooses this option, there is no pre-fitting performed and it will result in a longer wait time.

Reservation process

1. An online reservation by the customer is possible until 6:30 a.m. on the day of the rental. 2. The customer receives a rental confirmation by email. A copy of this reservation is also automatically sent by email to the selected Pick-Up Point (partner shop). 3. The final account statement will be generated at the Pick-Up Point


The customer who pays online can cancel or modify his or her reservation at no charge until 6:30 the morning of the rental. After this time, the customer will then owe the entire rental fee.

Early return of rental equipment

If the renter must return the rental equipment early, he or she is not entitled to a refund of the rental fee or any part thereof.

Equipment return

Rental equipment must be returned to the rental business at the location stated on the receipt during normal business hours.

Late return of rental equipment

If the rental equipment is not returned prior to the conclusion of the agreed-upon rental period, the renter will be billed for the additional rental time based upon listed prices. Any additional costs incurred will also be added to the bill. In addition, the renter is liable for any damages incurred by the business.

Duty of care / barcode

Rental equipment is to be handled with care by the renter. Any damages incurred by the renter during the rental period will be compensated for by the renter. The barcode may at no time to be removed. In the case of a missing barcode, a fee of CHF 10.- will be charged.

Ski breakage or theft

Fees for both are included in the rental price.

Release of liability

The rental business is in no way liable for damages or injury to property or person incurred during the rental period.

Procedures in the case of theft or damage

In the case of theft or damage by a third party, the rental business must be notified immediately. In the event of theft, an official report must be made to the police.


The rental equipment may only be used by the renter of record. Renting to another is strictly prohibited.

Condition of equipment upon return

Rental equipment must be returned in proper condition. If the ski equipment/accessories are soiled upon return, the rental business may impose a cleaning service fee.

Governing law and jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the rental location.
