Personal data, such as the size, weight, shoe size and sole length of the persons listed in the booking, as well as the personal data of the person performing the booking (email address, phone number, first name/last name) are stored and used for a faster check-out at the next booking. However, you are still responsible for checking that the data is still correct each time you make a new booking.
Data transfer for the processing of your bookingTo ensure you swift processing on site, we transfer your entered data either directly to the booked Pick-Up Point or indirectly and fully automatically via a merchandise management system. In the case of the merchandise management system, third-party companies that provide the Pick-Up Point with a merchandise management system in return for payment are also involved.

Information from your booking is communicated to the Pick-Up Point’s ERP system so the Pick-Up Point can prepare your items and issue them to you.

Information from your booking is communicated to the ski rental company's ERP system so the company can prepare your items and issue them to you.

With online payment, your payment details are passed on to the payment service provider (Stripe). We do not receive your bank details. We will only be informed by the payment service provider that the payment amount has been received.
